Here's an example of how we go from initial concept to complete product. Our process can be applied to illustrations, comics, novels, even animation.

Conceptualization and Planning
Brainstorming and generating ideas for your project. This is where you define the story, characters, and overall concept. We then create an outline or script that details the plot, dialogues, and scene-by-scene descriptions. This serves as the blueprint for your project.

Pre-production
Develop the visual aspects of your characters, including their appearance, expressions, and costumes. We create concept art and rough drafts to visualize each scene and how it will flow. Determine the visual style, page layouts, and backgrounds for your comic or animation.

Production
Start creating the actual artwork or animation sequences based on your pre-production work. This involves drawing, coloring, and animating. If applicable, hire team members to bring your vision to life. Quality Assurance, independent review, editing.

Distribution and Promotion
For books, consider publishing options, whether it's traditional printing or digital platforms. For animations, choose distribution channels like YouTube, streaming platforms, or film festivals. Create a marketing plan to promote your comic book or animation. This may include social media campaigns, attending conventions, or collaborating with influencers.
