This weekend is an opportunity to explore the movement, music, history, and cultural traditions of Capoeira Angola through hands on training and community practice. Workshops will cover foundational movement, traditional Capoeira Angola techniques, music, and the roda.
Whether you are an experienced martial artist, dancer, movement practitioner, or completely new to Capoeira, all experience levels are welcome.
